Kross Wholesale Tire Co., Inc., d/b/a Gensco Tire (the “Company”) offers shipping to all 50 U.S. states.
We strive to secure the most competitive shipping rates possible for our customers. Depending on order weight and size, all orders shall be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or LTL carrier. To receive delivery updates and tracking information, an email address must be provided at the time of your order.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Large-volume orders may require additional processing time.

*Please note: Foam-filled orders require a minimum processing and delivery time of two (2) weeks. Foam Filled Orders are FINAL and nonrefundable.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders are shipped and processed in the order they are received. In the event of inclement weather, or high volume shipments may be delayed.

Nationwide and global shipping delays may be experienced due to holidays, labor strikes, high volume, inclement weather and other acts of God. These delays may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. The Company is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

Tracking your order

To receive tracking updates on your order, a valid email address is required on your account. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping updates to appear on the shipping company tracking page.

Damaged orders

Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged or lost.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Notice of damage must be reported to the Company within fifteen {15) days of delivery. Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when reporting damage. Upon request the Company or shipper may require addition photos

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kross Wholesale Tire Co., Inc. dba Gensco Tire. If you are not entirely satisfied
with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Eligible returns must be unused
and in the same condition that you received it.

Foam Filled Orders are Final.
Tubes, Flaps, GenSeal, and MRL Tires must be unused and with zero damage to be eligible for return.

Defective items must be reported immediately with video and/or photo proof to our office within fifteen (15)
days of delivery.

2. Refunds

Upon receipt, damaged goods shall be inspected and customer shall be notified of refund eligibility/status.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original method of payment within seven (7) working days.

3. Shipping

Customer will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
